Balance (dashboard)

Dashboard status: Scaffolded. The screen exists but is still being built out — described here so the surface is visible.

The Balance screen shows your available and pending funds and the activity behind them. Payouts appear as a tab within this screen (note that the Payouts API is not on /v1 yet).
