Transactions (dashboard)

Dashboard status: Scaffolded. The screen exists but is still being built out — described here so the surface is visible.

The Transactions screen lists Balance Transactions — every credit and debit that moves your balance, including charges, refunds, and fees. Each row links back to the object that caused it.
