Payment links (dashboard)

Dashboard status: contracted_test, readiness-gated. The screen can create and list Payment Links only when the contracted test service is configured and healthy; otherwise it shows service-unavailable copy and disables create.

The Payment links screen is where you create, share, and track hosted payment links without writing code. It is backed by the merchant-scoped /v1/payment_links API; the dashboard and that API are the two ways to manage links.
